The Crock Pot can be a wonderful weapon in the war to save money by eating at home.

I’m posting my secret Pork Rib Recipe today. Shhh Keep it to yourself and enjoy it.

Line a Crock Pot with a Crock Pot liner to make for easy clean up.  Cut one large onion into chunks and put on the bottom of the pot.Put 2.5 to 4 lbs of Pork Country Style Ribs into the pot. Pour half a jar of Stubb’s BAR-B-Q Sauce Mild or Spicy over the ribs. Cover and cook on low for 8 hours or high for 4.5 hours.

Put this in before going to work and set it to automatically change over to warm after 8 hours and you’ll have a warm tasty dinner waiting for you when you get home. Remember to store the leftover sauce in the fridge right away, you can serve it with the ribs if you like a lot of sauce.   Also, promptly refrigerate any leftover ribs.  Enjoy!!!
